About OSE in Africa

Decoding the hidden architecture of entrepreneurial ecosystems.

OSE in Africa is the first observatory dedicated to mapping, measuring, and analyzing entrepreneurial support ecosystems across Africa, MENA, GCC and emerging European regions. We study not only who the actors are, but how they connect, collaborate, create value, and shape entrepreneurial trajectories over time.

Our Mission

Make ecosystems visible, intelligible, actionable.

We produce high-value diagnostics, comparative analyses, and decision-support tools that enable governments, institutions, ecosystem builders, investors, and corporations to better allocate resources, improve coordination, and accelerate entrepreneurial development.

By transforming fragmented information into strategic clarity, we help build ecosystems that are more connected, more efficient, and more capable of generating innovation, jobs, and inclusive prosperity.

“Governments invest billions in innovation and entrepreneurship across Africa. But without a precise map of who does what, with whom, and at what quality level, these investments remain blind. OSE in Africa fills this strategic intelligence gap.”
