2. What data we collect

• Newsletter (The OSE Briefing): email address only.
• Contact form: name, email, organization, message content.
• Analytics: anonymized page views, referrers, device type. No PII collected for analytics.
• Cookies: functional only by default. Analytics cookies require your consent.

3. Why we collect it

• To respond to your inquiries (contact form).
• To send you our monthly newsletter — unsubscribe at any time, in 1 click.
• To measure audience and improve our content.

We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep it

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Contact form: 36 months from last interaction.
• Analytics: 14 months max (GA4 default).

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Data portability.
• Lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data authority).

6. Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors, all GDPR-compliant:

• OVH SAS (hosting, France) — DPA signed.
• HubSpot (CRM + email) — EU-US DPF certified.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymized + IP truncation enabled.

7. Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. We’ll notify you via email if changes are material.
